Very similar to Character Bandz, specializing in (and only in) characters from established entertainment properties.

Character Rubber Bands packs contain a total of 24 bands, including six designs with four of each design.
Character Rubber Bands are packaged in a plastic pillow pack.

At this time Character Rubber Bands are only available wholesale from HerDirect.com, at $2.00 or $2.33 per pack (depending on the pack). It is unknown what the per-pack retail price will be.

Character Rubber Bands are not yet available anywhere except for preorders.
Other Notes
There seems to be a fair amount of overlap in specific properties—such as Toy Story 3, Spiderman, and Disney Fairies—between Character Bandz and Character Rubber Bands. It would seem that neither company has an exclusive license to produce bands based on these properties.
